As a creative lead and team leader for Microsoft's Office of Responsible AI, I directed the creation of a foundational brand and strategic communications campaign, enabling Microsoft’s engineering and marketing teams to meet new standards for AI responsibility. This work included data-driven design, compelling visuals, and the industry-leading Responsible AI Standard, setting a benchmark for ethical AI development. I built a creative team from ICs and members of Brand Studio, and worked with contributions from Legal, Ethics & Society, the Office of the President, and senior leadership, developing an internal tool of almost unprecedented scope and potential within the company.
As a Brand Storyteller working on the launch of Microsoft Viva, I contributed to the definition and positioning of the platform, contributing scriptwriting, messaging explorations, and directing design thinking workshops and exercises.
As a design lead behind the launch of Amazon Go, I helped develop the brand-defining and groundbreaking “compositional barcode” system that allowed Amazon Go to standardize partner relationships. This included testing out and developing standards and viable parameters for scalable packaging identities, resulting in the guidelines underwriting the partnerships that have allowed the company to build up to $5.2B in annual sales.
I founded Neversink to launch brands and non-profits I felt were typically priced-out of properly exciting go-to-market campaigns. In addition to directing business I built and led a diverse team of creators and developers known for crafting unique, memorable brand experiences that sparked meaningful engagement and growth. From award-winning retail campaigns to impactful SaaS launches, my work infused every project with fresh energy and vision, helping clients reach wider audiences with designs that resonated.
In guiding over 250 campaigns, bringing more than 700 products and 85 websites to market, I focused on expanding brand reach and powering growth through dynamic, innovative design systems. As Sales Lead and Account Manager, I drove a 33% annual increase in partnerships and successful projects, while spearheading full-stack builds, e-commerce platforms, and API integrations that amplified digital engagement across channels.
